Lehavot – Kitchen Fire Suppression System is an automatic fire suppression system designed for commercial kitchens, imported from Israel. It is specifically engineered to combat cooking oil fires (Class K/F) using a highly efficient Wet Chemical agent, which is safe for stainless steel surfaces and easy to clean up after discharge.
The system protects critical hazard areas, including hoods, ducts, and cooking appliances, utilizing specialized pinpoint nozzles. It rapidly detects heat and discharges the extinguishing agent via a purely mechanical system that operates without electricity. Additionally, it features an automatic gas and power shut-off function to prevent re-ignition.
The system is certified to international standards, including UL 300, NFPA 17A, NFPA 96, ULC, LPCB, CE, and EN 17446:2021, making it ideal for hotel kitchens, restaurants, hospitals, and commercial kitchens of all sizes.
