- The system operates by collecting and suctioning sludge accumulated through natural gravity sedimentation.
- The suction mechanism utilizes the water level differential (differential head) between the sludge suction pipe and the sedimentation tank, leveraging a siphon effect to continuously discharge the sludge outside the tank.
- Controlled via a PLC (Programmable Logic Control) system, the operational functions can be adjusted to match the specific characteristics and volume of the sludge.
- Designed with minimal moving parts, the system ensures easy and low-cost maintenance.
- To date, SST has successfully installed this system in over 50 projects.
